He will send you match after payment. His prices are 60 - 90 $ for full time and 200-350 $ for correct score. He just will give you some result that is not "sure", "fixed" or "set". To gain trust he is fighting with SCAMMERS in football fixed bets. You can send him info and prove that you was scammed from other seller and he will make you discount 50 %, if you buy from him. Of course everything is to take your money, even if the amount is less than his prices. Also from time to time he have post-pay matches to gain trust, usually 1 match on 3 months. After that he just block you and disappears.
